1. Do I have access to support as a student?

As a student, you do not have access to Surveyxact support, but you will find plenty of help in our video guides, which take you through all the basic features of the system, and in our range of courses.

In addition, most educational institutions have an internal support unit or an analytics team in the administration that handles questions about user management or how to build your questionnaire. Some programs also run their own Surveyxact courses. Check with the administration of your program, or look into the options on your institution's website.

Just as you can give other Surveyxact users access, administrator rights can also be transferred from one user to another. Only the survey administrator/owner or an organization manager can change the administrator of a survey.

You follow almost the same steps as described in question 4, “Can I share a survey with other students?”, but instead of the “Surveys” tab, you go to the “Users” tab.

Click the three dots next to the survey in question and select “Change survey administrator”.

In Surveyxact, you can share your surveys and reports with other students at the institution you are enrolled at.

Since the GDPR came into force in May 2018, there are a number of rules that are important to follow.

For example, it is important that you are aware that your Surveyxact user is personal and that others are not allowed to borrow it. If you want to share your survey with another student, you can read more under question 4. If a respondent asks you to, you must also delete their personal data from your survey.
