Use of SMS-points

 

Please note that SMS messages are charged by telecom providers per started 160 characters. This means, for example, that an SMS containing 200 characters costs 2 SMS points to send. In Surveyxact, you can see an estimate of how many points will be needed for your specific distribution.

Your SMS points will be added to the survey you specify in the form below. If you top up more SMS points than you need right now, you can later release them to the organization where the survey is located in Surveyxact. From there, the remaining points can be reserved and used for other surveys.

Terms and conditions for SMS:

These supplementary terms to your Surveyxact license agreement and Surveyxact data processing agreement must be accepted if you wish to use SMS functionality. SMS functionality is only available to CVR-registered companies/public authorities with an active Surveyxact license. The terms of the Surveyxact license agreement also apply to the SMS function, which is an additional feature of Surveyxact. Upon payment in accordance with the price list, you obtain the right to send a corresponding number of SMS messages as part of your use of Surveyxact. Each SurveyXact license agreement will have an account associated with the paid, unused number of SMS messages.

With 1 year’s notice to the end of a month, Rambøll may terminate the SMS functionality separately.

SMS messages cannot be transferred between license agreements.

Unused SMS messages expire and are not refunded upon termination of the license agreement or the SMS functionality, regardless of the reason for termination.

Surveyxact uses Compaya A/S (CVR: 31375428) as a subcontractor for sending SMS messages. The full address of Compaya A/S is: Palægade 4, 2. tv., 1261 Copenhagen K, Denmark.

By using the SMS functionality in Surveyxact, you accept that personal data related to SMS distribution will be deleted no later than after 12 months.
