We are delighted to reveal our latest new feature in SurveyXact: multiple schedules in the same survey.
It is becoming increasingly important to hit our respondents at just the right time. This poses challenges for the surveys for which we send out invitations to respondents on an ongoing basis and would like to plan the distribution of invitations for specific groups of respondents.
Our latest feature now gives you the ability to create different schedules in your survey and specify when individual respondents – or groups of respondents – should be invited to your survey.
