Internet-based system - flexible and user-friendly

SurveyXact is 100% Internet-based which is why new customers can get started using the system very quickly. You get an overall user name and password and then have access to the system via the Internet - you don't have to buy new hardware or install software.

Comprehensive documentation
All functions in SurveyXact have been described both in the user manual provided and in an on-line help system. This means that you get direct help for the function you are using, no matter which part of the system you are using.

Supporting all languages
Basically, the administration part of SurveyXact is available in three language versions: Danish, Norwegian and English. However, with the flexibility of the system you can prepare questionnaires in all languages - you decide which languages you want to use.

Complete control
Though SurveyXact is Internet-based, you have full access to all parts of the system. For example, you can delegate user rights to "sub-organisations" (e.g. foreign subsidiaries or other departments in the company) which can then create and analyse questionnaires. This way, it is easy to create users with full or limited system access and the activity of these users can be seen instantly by means of various overview options in SurveyXact.

The system has an abundance of options regarding overall control, preparation of questionnaires, data collection and analysis:

  • Plenty of professional on-line help: documents regarding completion of data collections, questionnaire structures and statistical analysis.
  • Many pre-defined templates to complete certain types of surveys as well as an option of creating your own templates.
  • Easy to copy, insert, move and edit all items, one item or several items at a time.
  • Possibility of advanced validation expressions to ensure that the respondent answers correctly and consistently.
  • Filters permitting selection of certain respondent groups which can then be exported from the system (for merges or the like), or filters to send emails, print questionnaires, delete, etc.
  • Automatic distribution where the system helps you send the correct questionnaires to the correct persons, preventing errors.
  • Easy to present data in tables and graphics.
  • Possibility of benchmarking. Compare the (sub-)organisation with other organisations that have started with the same template.
