Data safety and backup:
All data are fully backed up every night and moreover, data are continuously backed up every hour, 24/7. All backups are automatically transferred from the primary operating environment to protect the stored data against fire and the like.

Continuous control:
We get continuous messages from the SurveyXact system regarding user activity, server status, etc. This allows us automatically to see exactly which factors caused the breakdown.

Access control and levelling:
All access to SurveyXact is protected by access control and all users in SurveyXact can be divided into various levels and organisations. Thus, it is possible to grant some employees limited access to SurveyXact, for example to single surveys only or to certain survey areas and thus avoid spreading information to employees or users who are not supposed to have access to such information.
