SurveyXact 6.2 Update Now you can make time plans and get notified automatically of particular results

In February 2011 version 6.2 Time plans and Notifications are launched

The new exciting, time saving functionalities in version 6.2 are:

1. Time plans
It is now possible to plan your entire survey process in advance using time plans. After you have made a plan, SurveyXact will automatically distribute, remind and close the data collection according to your specified timing.

2. Notifications
You can now set a notification depending on specific answers in your questionnaire. Using notifications you automatically get an email when a respondent finishes a questionnaire with a particular answer set. This means the system could send an email to e.g. an account manager immediately if a customer gives dissatisfied answers and respond quickly.

These new functionalities are already implemented, ready for you to use and of course free for all users of the system.
